You bring proof of a negative test result with you to Port Canaveral when you check in for your cruise. Some guests print it or bring it on their phone.

I am lucky my work requires weekly PCR testing (front line worker/nurse)  and its free.  Goes straight to the Health Dept too

If it is for your insurance company. They would have a form for you to fill out for reimbursement. I am sure they want a copy of your receipt. I do not think they care what your results were.
