There is a video on YouTube of Edge cabin 9204, it shows the balcony and window. I does look nice and to be moved to another "normal" cabin could suck. I would call Celebrity and ask for the S1 aft cabin, it can't hurt to try!!!

I hope you have the number of the person who contacted you about moving your cabin.   I agree with others that you should select your preferred sky suite from those available and ask to be moved to that one.   Even if it's a S1 I would expect them to accommodate.
