If you don't mind yet another request, I would love your list. I am trying to accumulate ideas for our group who will be taking a 16 day Panama cruise. Some people have cruised before, some not at all.

I used to carry a signed letter from the doctor re: epipens, but both boys also wear medic alert bracelets and we've never been hassled about it. It's especially dangerous for us flying on the airplanes as they do continue to serve nuts as snacks and we've had reactions mid-air before.

How hard is it for people to just post the darn packing list to the boards instead of emailing them everywhere under the blue moon?
