New cruiser - Anchor Number

This is our first cruise on RC.  We booked through a travel agent and I don’t see that an anchor number assigned to us.  Should I set one up with RC or will they assign one to us after the cruise?

RC will assign the C&A number as a gold member after the first cruise.
