Got any parking/general advice for a new-to-Florida cruise addict?

I’m new to living in Florida and I’m a cruise addict. Have 28 booked on Royal for 2021-22. Already worked in 2 and a trip to Universal.

Normally I would fly from TN but all the ports are within driving distance. I’m smack in between Jacksonville and Port Canaveral. Unfortunately no convenient car rentals for one way transportation.

For those of you who do long stretches on ships, got any advice? Most of my trips are 2 weeks but some as long as 6.

I generally solo cruise or have friends meet me on board for a segment.

Got any tips for parking?

Anyone ever parked somewhere near a tri-rail station and took the train south?

The longest I’ve ever done is 2 weeks. Looking forward to the upcoming long stretches on ships.

Thanks in advance

Tri Rail as most FL folks know it only runs from West Palm to Miami.

Brightline is coming but it will run Orlando to Miami.

Sounds like you need a friend, relative neighbor to drop you at your departure port  as long term parking at PC or anywhere else other than FLL would be prohibitive.

Otherwise, sell your place in FL, move to south FL where there is more public transit or uber available.
