Man Spirit is even sending out the 4am texts. I’m planning to be at the parking facility in an hour.

Spirit is sending texts and emails asking for people willing to switch flights which is weird. I just did online check in and there are like 32 empty seats. It looks like my row is full but the 4 rows in front of mine are totally empty. Of course there could be people who booked but didn’t pay for the pick your seat option. Surely if they’re looking to bump someone they won’t do it to someone who paid for a seat upgrade.

Yeah, I don’t understand that. My mom is at the airport waiting to board a flight right now and delta is offering $800 to get someone to change flights. But the app says there’s 2 seats available. So there must be something we don’t see?

I got a free upgrade to handicapped. Right by the entrance. First spot. No close parking this time. I’ve got an crosswalk between me and the next car. As soon as I got out they called a shuttle over. It’s me and one couple.

Well we made a stop. At least he’s going to my terminal (e). The couple is going to c. Hope we go to e first. The couple has five large suitcases.

One more stop. Five more people. Terminal D…of course.

Haha. A girl just got on and said terminal K. He’s like there is no terminal k.

And finally we are heading to the airport. Almost a full load.

I didn’t get two free days of parking when I signed up.

I did not plan on spending 30 minutes on the shuttle but it’s going to be that or close to it.

I wasted some time at the kiosk that doesn’t print bag tags again.

Then found the right one.

They alway drop you by American. I had to walk all the way down to spirit and turn around and walk back to American for security.

It said a 12 min wait at security and I was through in 13 minutes. And my gate is the fist one after Panda Express

Theresa plane out there and it’s the right color for this airline.

Walking back there I heard a lady say “Jesus didn’t get into politics. That’s why we don’t.”

Not that there’s anything wrong with that.

TGI’s open for business. Wasn’t it this airport I couldn’t find breakfast in at 7am? These trips are starting to run together. I know it wasn’t Houston because there we could eat but they wouldn’t serve alcohol until 10 or 12 or something.

TGI burrito came to 8.65. It is a good size burrito. my flight is boarding
