Cruising to Greece in December and trying to stay abreast of testing requirements.  CNN article states that "Negative PCR tests must have been taken within 72 hours of departure, must be written in English and include the name and passport number of the person traveling." for admission to Greece.  Has anyone had their test result include passport number, or run into this in Greece?

My first COVID Vaccine was in Tokyo, where they required my passport number.

My second COVID Vaccine was in Sicily where they required my passport number.

I have had more than 50 PCR tests this year; Tokyo, Athens, Rome, Palermo, Napflion, London, Frankfurt, Barcelona, Valletta, Lisbon, Doha, Kusadasi, and a few more I have forgotten. Every one required my passport number.
