One Touch e-mail address

We did not get a survey for either of the 2 cruises we just completed. Can anyone please post either the CC or One Touch e-mail address, so I may report that we need to get the survey, please?

Looks like Celebrity has changed that Email address to; CelebrityEngagementCenter@celebrity.com   You can find this and other info if you scroll down the websites homepage.  You may also consider calling the CC at 1-800-760-0654.

Changed again I guess, as this bounced. I did get a call in to CC without much wait time and they sent the surveys.

Sent email 3 weeks ago and no acknowledgment or response from engagement center!
