Carnival Shareholder Benefit

It's been over 3 years since we cruised and my memory is fading. I forget what to download to receive my shareholder OBC. Our account is with TD. Can someone point me in the right direction. THANKS.

Thanks. I shall look into my banking site and download what I need. It is starting to look and sound familiar. This aging thing is not fun. However, it beats the alternative.

Be prepared for the possibility of a rejection of your request.

 

We got our rejection letter today from Carnival.  Apparently they are now not granting the shareholder benefit if you purchased your cruise under a sale fare.  Hmmm...  Your experience may vary  - hope it does.
