Anything new on the NCL vs Florida or Florida vs CDC cases?

I just noticed that the CDC conditional sale order has been extended to January and was wondering... does anyone know what is going on on either of these two cases. I had assumed that the Florida - CDC case might quietly fade when the Conditional sale order expired... but now that it has been extended... I wondered if these cases are still alive and... at this point does it even matter? I know there were a number of lawyers out there who were following these..so I thought I would ask the question...
