zwallace Posted October 27, 2021 #1 Share Posted October 27, 2021 Does anyone still wear crocs? They're so comfortable to wear, but besides my grandkids (teens), I haven't seen anyone wear them lately.

Reina del Mar Posted October 27, 2021 #3 Share Posted October 27, 2021 Have heard Crocs are very dangerous on (Wet) decks.

As long as the sole hasn't been worn down I think they're perfectly safe. I have a few pairs of Disney Croc flipflops. The oldest pair is pretty worn out (smooth) on the bottom, and they're too dangerous to wear on anything wet. The newer ones still have the traction on the bottom and I don't slip and slide at all. zwallace Posted November 5, 2021 Author #6 Share Posted November 5, 2021 Thanks all. I've decided to stick to my waterproof keens. I'd almost forgotten I had them.
awhfy Posted November 9, 2021 #7 Share Posted November 9, 2021 I took a nasty fall on the pool deck 2 weeks ago. Brand new OOFOS with great tread. Lucky I didn’t break a hip, my bruises (from ribs to knee) are still technicolor. I’ve never slipped in OOFOS before. I’m back to my Keens for our April cruise
