Should I be concerned? Lol

My cruise dropped in price 2 days after I paid final payment. Boo..I called and asked for an adjustment or even OBC. After a few minutes of back and forth I was told because we are Diamond hubby and I each would get OBC. Now.. I asked for a new invoice showing that, but, she sent one  the OBC $ was not  noted on it and she said it will be credited once we get on board. I am not feeling real confident about that. What do you think? By the way I’ve had just minutes of wait time when I call them. Thanks

Be concerned. Be very concerned.

 

If you wait until you get onboard your chances of getting this drop to about 1%

I’ve rang the UK number twice this week and both times got through to an agent straightaway without any wait time whatsoever. Appears things may be improving in this regard.

Sometimes the OBC doesn't post right away.  I'd wait a day or two and see if it shows up. I had this happen.

Look at your booking, go to cruise details. If you got OBC it will be there. If it isn’t, click the Price and Payment tab. It may show a negative balance due. In that case, which is how they did it for me, you go to guest services onboard and have them apply it to OBC. It’s kind of a pain, but there it is. Of course, I made a PDF of that page in case that doesn’t happen and I need to pursue a dispute with my credit card for the credit that they show I should have gotten.

I kept going over my bookings and could not find that tab. 
Good to know.

Looking over my bookings, reminded of  OBC. Now I need to be reminded how to utilize casino option after DSC is met. 🙄
