You can’t get the proctored tests anywhere else, only EMed or Optum (or the Ohio department of health if you are a resident there)

You do not need the Navica app. You each set up an account with Navica, which can be done through their website without the app. Children may be on a parents account, and it appears multiple people can be on the same account if the main account holder attests they are a responsible party for the others being added to the account (such as children, possibly a spouse).

I have heard that, that is great Ohio is doing that I wish PA was.
