Plan my cruise facility on line

Last few days I’ve tried to get in to my cruise planner to look at shore excursions etc. it keeps coming up as not available. Is the system down do you know. Thanks

Don't think so. Clear cache and/or try a different browser or device.

Think it must be down. Getting in to my first cruise ok but this appears for my second and third

  Check with others on the Roll Call thread for those sailings if they have the same issue. As you saw, the system is not down, it’s just some of your sailings. You should still try a different browser/device to rule that out.

Just went into cruise planner and purchased the Dasani water package at 40% off + 18% grat. Sailing Quantum TP next OCT.  DBP is at $49 + 18%

Make sure your app is up to date, it is glitchy to say the least.

also use on high speed Wi-Fi, maybe the page isn’t loading correctly

I've been having a problem for the last few days too. Maybe it's a UK thing. I can't get into manage my cruise on my laptop using chrome or safari even though I have cleared my browsing history.  I can get in on my phone though. Very strange.
