kjenaz Posted November 5, 2021 #1 Share Posted November 5, 2021 Anyone have recent experience with applying and getting the Stockholder Credit? Submitted about a week ago, but nothing yet. Where will we see it?

CatMom7 Posted November 5, 2021 #3 Share Posted November 5, 2021 Did you use the electronic request form on the investor website? I had the same issue with not hearing from them after 2 weeks. I emailed them and they replied my stock statement wasn’t readable but never notified me. Since then I have seen others mentioning they had same issue. So I have just sent an email attaching pictures of the forms and stock statement and they replied in a day or 2.
CyberTag Posted November 5, 2021 #4 Share Posted November 5, 2021 We got better results when we emailed them instead of submitting the online form.

Merion_Mom Posted November 5, 2021 #8 Share Posted November 5, 2021 I have always sent an email with the appropriate .pdf proof of ownership attached. I usually get my credit applied within 48 hours. My most recent experience was about a month ago. It may even have been faster than 48 hours. 🙂

jus10cruise Posted November 5, 2021 #10 Share Posted November 5, 2021 I submitted online, it took a couple weeks, but when I signed into my RCL account I saw a popup telling me I had a credit. Also when I added an item to my cart it showed up under the payment section.

doublej Posted November 6, 2021 #12 Share Posted November 6, 2021 Two couples will occupy Star suite cabin on Symphony in a few weeks. Both couples have stock and apply for benefits. Will both receive $100 for 7 day cruise? We are booked as 3rd and 4th person Just curious if we get benefits.

"Onboard credit is applied on a per stateroom basis; double occupancy, one shareholder credit per stateroom, and one credit per shareholder per sailing." DMWT Cruiser Posted November 6, 2021 #16 Share Posted November 6, 2021 For an upcoming cruise, I submitted the online form and brokerage statement and exactly one week later the OBC was in our cruise planner account.
