OBC from price drop after the final payment, Refundable or non-refundable?

Here is a question, someone here may know the answer... Due to price drops after the final payment date, we received OBC from Royal for our upcoming Symphony cruise in late November.  My question is whether this OBC is refundable, or non-refundable?

My guess is non-refundable.

It is non-refundable:  "If the CWC “best price guarantee” results in a decrease in the guest’s cruise fare after the Final Payment due date,  then the difference will be provided to guests in the form of a non-refundable onboard credit for use on the guest’s cruise."

Thanks for the info, I'm sure we'll find something to spend the OBC. 🙂Thinking Chef's table maybe... Anyone done Chef's table on Symphony recently?

Hmmm... I remember people were doing that while back, can you still do that?  

Just learned that no Chef's table on Symphony... well... more sushi is not a bad idea 😉
