How are things handled in the Casino? Chips etc.

Table games are handled pretty much the same way they are in any other 'traditional' casino.

 

Machines... you hold your balance on your account, and sign in with your medallion: When you cash out of a machine (regardless of if you put in cash or billed to the room), it goes into the said account. If you want to cash out any portion of it, you have to go to the cashier.

I think the OP is asking if handling of chips, cards, etc. has changed due to Covid precautions.
