Checking In

I tried several times to check in on the app but it said it was too early (1/3/2022). Now today it says Check In has ended and we have to do it at the port. What does all this mean?

You already tried to check in on the Celebrity webpage?

It sounds to me like Celebrity IT is at it again.   I would just hold off and it will correct itself.   As @gerelmx suggested try the web app and see if you get the same.   You can start on one method and switch back to Phone later.  

 

Online checkin doesn't end until  24 hours prior to departure.    I sometimes get that message and it fixes it's self within a day or 2.

If I"m not mistaken the requirements are that you have to have paid final payment and usually is at 60 days but has been at less than 45 on some new cruises for ships coming back into operation.

We're sailing on Apex 1/15/22 and can't check in yet. The date in the app is 12/1, so about 45 days before the cruise.

Which ship is this.   I checked in for 1/3 Connie 2 days ago.  I used the app and the web.  I use the web to upload a stored photo after scanning passport and supplying other info on app.
