Carnival Dream heading to New Orleans?

Looking at the marine traffic website and it seems the Dream is headed towards New Orleans? Anyone have any info?

I don't see anything that says New Orleans is the destination. I'll start a rumor that perhaps there is an emergency on the ship and they are headed for a rendezvous spot.

Current destination is listed as Freeport - but not the one in the Bahamas (US/XAS).

Yea I didn’t see NOLA as the destination either. Just was making a guess based on her path.

Vesselfinder.com has her headed to Freeport Bahamas with a course of 125 @ 20 Kn., ETA 11-23-21.

Correct the destination was never changed just her course. She diverted almost straight towards the Mississippi. Which is why I asked the question.

It's a bit late, but I was on that cruise and it was because there was someone that needed a medical evacuation by helicopter and the ship had to go towards the coast to help meet it.
