Cruise destination by percentage?

I tried searching and can't find a quick & easy answer--by percentage, where do most people cruise?

 

I ask because many questions here are posed in the abstract and answers are given presuming people are travelling to the Caribbean. Looking at many cruise websites I can easily see that a majority of trips are Caribbean, just wondering what the actual percentage was?
