Great choice.  Luckily I will never have to do it since I will never sail out of Galveston on Carnival.  

Firefly had mentioned that Royal has their drink package in effect on day 1 out of Galveston.  I assume the same will be true when I sail on the Prima next Halloween out of Galveston.

If I’m not mistaken he said the same about Texas as the end so the state changed depending on where the people were from.

In the interior I would’ve put the ship cam on to see if it was light outside. I do think I’ll use it more in Alaska.
