Wonderful.  Thanks for the input.   Bad assumption on my part that they are always men.  Every cruise have been men CD.  This will be a nice change. Can't wait to cruise with her and see how she does things

She was just on the Navigator of the Seas 5/19-5/26.  I liked her.  Raised in America and lives in some other country with her boyfriend.

I had Elvis Pinto as CD on Empress, my last cruise pre-COVID.  What I won’t forget about him was that he was around on debarkation day helping to move things along for the guests.  He was even helping the more elderly with their luggage.  There was a delay in debarkation that day.  Most cruise directors are nowhere to be seen on the last day. They’re probably already preparing for the incoming guests.

We had the Blairs (John the CD and Katrina the AM )  on the WB Brilliance Panama Canal cruise in April.  On the last morning John was wearing an apron and helping out in the Windjammer and Katrina was helping out all over the ship.  They were a very visible, talented and accessible couple.
