The general rule of thumb on Royal Caribbean is: IGNORE THE PERCENTAGES.  They are irrelevant.  Look only at the price of the item.  If you like it, buy.  If you don't, don't.  If you are on the fence, you can buy it now and if you later see a better price, you can cancel and re-buy.

So sad but so true. Unfortunately it works like that in all retail situations unless the item is a total dog and needs a real price reduction.
