Meanwhile the Cheers and Bottomless Bubbles programs will be available as usual and will not be subject to VAT.
You can also while sailing in Europe bring locally purchased wine on board and it will not be confiscated. However liquor and beer will be as usual and returned to you at the end of the cruise as normal.
