How do you book Emeril’s Bistro 1396 on the Mardi Gras

We booked a Mardi Gras Cruise and can't see Emeril's in the Specialty Dining to book?

We were able to see the steakhouse, teppanyaki, and the seafood house.

Can you please let is know if there is a way or have they changed it up?

You have to just go there once on board, they don't take reservations. There's never really a wait.

You don't have to book.  You just go and order at the counter and sit down at a table.  It is informal and fairly small, but the food is really good and super reasonably priced.
