B2B canceled a Month ago, Still shows up in cruise Planner

This is interesting...Canceled a B2B for Feb 2022, back in early November.

Did so with a RCI phone rep he explained he will cancel both cruises and refund my deposits, the other day, I get a email explaining the health protocals for

this cruise..so i check my cruise planner and it still shows both cruises...So i call RCI and the rep states yes it was canceled on that date and the refunds are running behind...Today i checked my cruise planner and they were both still there.The website was even allowing me to book and pay for Speciality Dining..

What Gives??
