Millennium Smoking Location Deck 5

Does anyone know the location on deck five on the Millennium where smoking is permitted (Aft, Mid-Ship, Forward)? I know it's on the Port side, but I'm trying to determine which balcony cabins would be above the smoking area. Thanks!

Port Side - 4th Floor adjacent to the Elevator (Mid-Ship),   10th Floor Port Side by Swimming pool next to ping pong tables, 11th floor Starboard  adjacent to the Mast Bar.

 

To my knowledge there are no public decks on deck 5

Thanks Jim for your detailed response. I do stand corrected. I meant deck four, unless they've assigned the lifeboats on deck five as the smoking section. 🙂
