On our October Allure sailing, we could choose 1 bottle of wine or champagne.  Below is cut/paste from our initial genie email

 

You have your Ultimate Beverage Package included as Star Class guests that includes all drinks in any of the bars onboard up to $13.00 per glass, anything additional gets charged to your onboard account. Any drink in special souvenir glass, pineapple, coconut water and daily special cocktails are not included.

If you wish to purchase Wine/Champagne by bottle, you have 40% off the bottle if it's priced below $100 and 20% off as discount if priced above $100.

As your mini bar is included, please let me know your beverage preferences in advance from the following options: Evian Water | Tonic Water | San Pelegrino sparkling water | Club Soda | Coca-Cola | Diet Coke | Coke Zero | Sprite | Sprite Zero | Fanta | Ginger Ale | Minute Maid Juice orange & apple |  Beer: Amstel Light, Budweiser, Bud Light, Coors Light, Corona, Guinness, Heineken, Miller Lite, Stella.

For Odyssey in September, I had asked the Genie in our pre-cruise emails for a bottle of wine in the room. When we got there we asked the Genie to change it to a chardonnay.
