TA takeover booking

Apologies, I know I have seen this question asked and answered but I am unable to find it using "search" on this site.  How long do I have for my TA to take over booking I made on Thanksgiving?

I submitted this Reservation Transfer Request Form a week ago & the transfer was made to my TA in 5 days. The following statement shows their criteria for transferring a reservation.

 

Bookings may only be transferred within 60 days of booking creation so long as (a) the request is made outside the Final Payment period, and (b) the booking is not paid in full.
