What time did you step off the ship?

Curious as to what time people are off the ship these days. Would love to hear from anyone who has been on a Carnival cruise recently.

Legend in Baltimore last month. We were supposed to disembark at 10am but we were 3 hours late. We were sailing into 50 knot head winds.

Vista Thanksgiving week.  Off about 8:15am,  1st Carnival bus to Bush left half full and begrudgingly at 9:15am.  We barely made it to our 11:45am flight.  I am used to cruising from Florida and driving home, I cut it too close.

Off the Freedom on Sunday in Miami.  We had Baggage Tag 14 and were off by 0930 and another of our group had 6 and was off at 0845.  I think they were a little behind due to the large number of Diamond and Platinum members ~600.  They wanted everyone off by 0945.  Miami Airport was crazy but our group 6 people made 1215 flights.  Facial recognition in the terminal speeds up the departure.

One of the last ones off the ship and was off by 9:30.

Last month off the Freedom by 8:30.  No lines and the facial recognition made it super easy to breeze right through the whole process.

Post Thanksgiving cruise on the Mardi Gras. Dec. 4th Debarkation. Off of the ship by 9:00 a.m.

On Freedom and Elation in November.  Both ships were all off by 9:30.

Off the Elation on November 27 by about 9:00. We had bag tags #11. They called the bag tag numbers alongside the self assist people, which they called by muster stations, and we debarked along with muster station C.

Mardi Gras last week.   Off the ship by 8:15 (self assist), through customs and on our shuttle to the airport by 8:30.  Went very smooth till we got to MCO which was a zoo.

The MCO airport was a zoo for us too. It looked like 90% of the people flying out were booked on Southwest Airlines. Thank goodness we were at the airport about 2 1/2 hours before our flight was scheduled to leave.

Did the Breeze in August and got off around 9:30 but we were into port on time. I'm usually not in a rush.

I was off the Valor on 12/4 before 8:00am.  I did self assist and was in muster station D.

Panorama in September.....8:45am for those in the special lounge....about 9:20 for self assist.

 

The middle stairway and elevators were closed for disembarkation.

Every sailing is different so even though you can get alot of real experiences, yours may not be the same at all due to weather, ship issues, etc.  If you are needing the time for booking a flight, I would recommend booking after 2pm just to be safe and be one of the last to leave the ship.  We do this every time and it works fine.  We just head to lido, have breakfast and wait for the line to shorten to get in it.  Good Luck

It varies by ship and other factors. In October we were off the Horizon by 7:10am and home by 7:45am doing self-assist. In November on the Sunrise we waited in the Plat/Diamond area much longer and wasn't off the ship until 8:15am. Both times we were docked before 7am, but the ship wasn't cleared as quickly the second time.

On Valor over Thanksgiving, was off ship by 9:30 because we had an early flight.
