MDR assigned dining time

Anyone have insight on how assigned times with multiple dining partners is going? Are strangers being seated with strangers? What time is early seating? Thanks, Susan

I can answer your last question:  Early fixed seating on the Nieuw Statendam two weeks ago was at 5:00 PM.

you will have the option of 'shared seating'  or not when you enter the MDR. We always opted for just 2 to avoid dining with strangers for our Dec 5 cruise. With what has been happening in the last week, I am wondering if they may stop pause shared seating in the MDR for awhile.

Just got off the Nieuw Amsterdam this morning......

 

Early dining was at 5:30pm.  (Food fantastic, service great!)
