Cancel before final payment

Can anyone tell me if we , here in the UK we cancel our cruise before final payment what happens to our deposit, tours, dining  packages that we have already payed for?

April 22nd. Sili out of Southampton . Europe. Full payment by Feb 10th

All purchase done in the cruise planner are refunded to the original payment method (CC used), In some countries (like MX) you need to fill and send a refund form
