A friend of mine booked a cruise via a travel agent. They are now trying to use the Princess Cruise Personalizer to purchase Princess Vacation Protection. but the radio buttons are greyed out. Actually I'm not in the business. I've just purchased dozens of Princess cruises through my TA along with a couple of direct ones that involved the casino. Thank you for the correction. Princess really should fix the logic of that page and if you purchased the fare via TA it should flag that and display a message that you need to ask the TA to add the Protection Plan.
