I just spoke with someone who their daughter was on her honeymoon in Mexico at a resort and she tested positive before boarding the plane, but her husband was not. She was not allowed home and was taken to a different hotel/area and she has to pay for everything on her own and tested again after 15 days and is still testing positive so she cannot come home.
