Testing in terminal

I asked in the Royal forum, but didn't get a reply. Gonna ask my fellow Canadians.....

Our ship sails on the 23rd, so just under the wire where Royal provides testing, but in terminal now.  

 

Those that have just cruised out of Miami and disembarked, what was it like in the terminal for PCR testing to return home? (International travelers). Did you have to make an appointment on board the ship before disembarking or you just walked into the terminal and got tested? How long did it take for your results to come back? 

Luckily for a change, that our flight got changed to depart a couple hours later now. This greatly helps.
