That's what the email alludes to... "through routine crew member testing and screening".  Of course crew members get tested at least weekly; no telling how many asymptomatic positive pax are unknowingly debarking tomorrow.

All the passenger's aren't getting tested, so for sure it will be 9 out of 10 will be crew.

Yes, down to WJ, MDR, Chops, room service, and Promenade Cafe with limited hours.  Might as well be on Empress OTS.

 

I suspect they'll be refunding a lot of prepaid specialty dining and UDP because Chops can't absorb reservations from 2 other restaurants, and even they could not everyone wants Chops, and those with UDP don't want to eat there every single night.
