How do I escalate this problem?

We are having a huge problem getting Silversea Australia to honour their promises in writing to us for a grand voyage Cochin - Tromso.  We have gone back and forth with the Australian office over several months and is still not resolved.

 

Can anyone suggest a contact in Silversea headquarters that we can escalate this situation to?

Thank you for that.  I hope we can resolve this issue.  By the way I read all your posts and enjoy them very much especially the behind the scene interviews with the staff.

Wes, Just to keep you updated.  The day after I contacted Barbara the situation was 90% resolved.  It is really disappointing that it took an email to her to get Silversea Australia to do the right thing.  I still need to resolved one issue with them regarding a Future cruise credit but the suite situation has now been resolved.
