Rare clarky Posted January 19, 2022 #1 Share Posted January 19, 2022 We are having a huge problem getting Silversea Australia to honour their promises in writing to us for a grand voyage Cochin - Tromso. We have gone back and forth with the Australian office over several months and is still not resolved. Can anyone suggest a contact in Silversea headquarters that we can escalate this situation to? Rare clarky Posted January 26, 2022 Author #5 Share Posted January 26, 2022 Wes, Just to keep you updated. The day after I contacted Barbara the situation was 90% resolved. It is really disappointing that it took an email to her to get Silversea Australia to do the right thing. I still need to resolved one issue with them regarding a Future cruise credit but the suite situation has now been resolved. Thank you.
