Is there still smoking permitted in casino on Allure?

Not currently because of mask policies indoors.  Same for all Royal ships.  Restrictions are currently in place until Jan 31 but may be extended.

My understanding is that there is no smoking in any of the casinos right now, at least until Jan 31.

My guess is that this will be extended through all of Feb 2022. We might see a laxing of the masking come March, once the Omicron surge has passed.

Updated mask protocols for departures through February 14, 2022 With the recent uptick of COVID-19 in the world and added Omicron variant concerns, we feel it prudent to temporarily tighten our onboard health protocols to require masks indoors at all times, unless actively eating or drinking while seated. This new update also applies to vaccinated areas and venues. Lastly, in alignment with the updated mask policy, smoking will also not be permitted in the casino for all cruises departing on or before February 14, 2022.
