If you don't see the MedallionNet under Ocean Ready, then you may have to download the latest version of the app. For weeks, I had trouble making dinner reservations and the MedallionNet didn't appear under Ocean Ready on the app. So, I uninstalled the app and downloaded an updated version. It said I had an error with our credit card. We called credit card company and everything was good on their end. I then pulled out my phone which has the updated app and was able to purchase the upgrade 4 device package, although for the $70.00, so at least partial success but not the discount.
