You asked about specialty dining - for that it makes no diff if you are in a suite and they are not. For just about everything else (like show seating, which is not happening now) no, they are not supposed to sit with you.

More than likely there won't be "reserved" theater seating or ice show...there wasn't for our recent Navigator cruise. Order from the MDR/roomservice menu in your suite and they don't seem to care how much you may want to order.
