Silversea Ft. Lauderdale hotel(s) and meal

My only sailing on Silversea was on the Silver Cloud to Antarctica, with hotels provided in Santiago and charted flights to Punta Arenas.  I am now booked with the Door-to-door fare on a Silversea cruise departing from Ft. Lauderdale heading to Lima Peru.  It's pretty far out, so many details are not yet defined.  Can I assume that Silversea will fly us in the day before the cruise and put us up in a Ft. Lauderdale hotel?  Assuming yes, it appears they often use the Marriott Harbor Beachfront Resort & Spa - it that what I should expect?  Finally, on our Antarctic expedition, the meals (and drinks) in the hotel in Santiago (pre-and post-cruise) were covered by Silversea.  Will that be the case in Ft. Lauderdale or will we be on our own for dinner and breakfast?  Thanks!
