Makeup Application Onboard

Has anyone ever seen makeup application offered on a cruise? Specifically on Royal Caribbean. My shy, introverted teenage niece will be on our family cruise this spring. Her mom (my sister) got married last fall and my niece had so much fun getting hair and makeup professionally done with all the adult women in the wedding party. I'd like to try and replicate that with my niece, mom, sister and me on our trip.
