Printed tickets, boarding pass and luggage labels. 

Got evidence of Covid vaccine - but not yet mastered how to upload qr code for it on the plf form.

I'm glad I saw the post about itinerary change - as it affects the PLF form that I've part completed and saved only.

You don’t have to upload the QR code just show your Covid pass on the day. So answer ‘NO’ and move on to the next item 👍
