Very aft of ship, which means a longer walk to most venues.  The proximity to the spa has little impact other than if you want to use the spa, then it is very close by.  The bigger issue to me would be that you are on the highest stateroom deck with the fitness center above you.  Without another stateroom deck as insulation, you will be more likely to hear noises coming from the fitness center.  Not saying you will hear noise - but saying you will be more likely to.

 

On any ship, unless it is an aft facing balcony, our preference typically would be more mid ship near the main elevator banks for easy access to all decks and venues, as well has being on a deck that has at least on stateroom deck above it to insulate against possible noises from the public decks.
