Missing cruise 27th feb Horizon

Thank you for your response of course offices are closed to find out .  I am out of the country right now so i was concerned they did not get my attestation.  Lets hope its just a computer issue.

Was it a rescheduled cruise? A few weeks ago our April cruise vanished from our cruise managers. Turns out, there was a glitch in the system. When we booked the cruise, there was a $20 price difference from the original COVID cancelled cruise. Even though we paid the $20 last March when we booked the new cruise, it didn't register on Carnival's end. Luckily we caught it and were able to get it handled, but apparently it's not unusual. It was a tense few hours.
