Barbados - things to do on disembarkation day?

We will have disembark at 9a but our flight isn't until 8p.

 

RCI offer a trip to Carlisle Beach which supposedly left at 12.30pm and dropped you at the airport by 4.30p which would have killed a few hours but now apparently they do not offer this trip and you have to go on the 9a which will have you back at the airport by 1p.  Not ideal.

 

Does anyone know of hotels that offer day access?  As we will have had our test prior to reentry into Barbados are we free to roam where we want to?

 

What have others with late flights done please to kill the time!?
