The only thing I have heard of was that they block that particular card from being used again...curious as to your experience

How did you make out on the missed flight?

I can’t speak to policy, but I have been using the same AMEX account for new cruises that I was using when I challenged the charges.

Unfortunately, after exhausting all

options (including your excellent suggestion) I wound up needing to make a claim on my travel insurance for the missed cruise.  Thankfully, the insurance company has been cooperative.

It might depend on the device you’re using. On my desktop I finally noticed a tiny Singapore flag in the upper right corner, and the url had Singapore in it. But the SGD is the only almost-obvious clue you’ll get. And if you’re tired like I was you might just assume it’s an abbreviation for something. FCC, OBC, MTD, USD, SGD - see, it all starts to blur together in my elderly brain. 😉

Email executive office at mbayley@rcci.com.  I find that within 48 hrs I hear from someone.   They might be able to help.

I just wanted to report that my email to mbayley did work.  I got a reply today apologizing for the problem and saying they had cancelled the Singapore reservation, returned my FCC to me, and the deposit would show up on my cc in a few days.    So I guess that's the trick to getting a resolution.  Thanks to njkruzer for the info!
