Hyatt House vs Homewood Suites vs Embassy suites Seattle

Bringing family on cruise and need a 2 room suite hotel.  Have narrowed it down to these three (the Homewood suites is the downtown one).  I would like everyone's opinions on pros and cons of each.  We will have 2 nights in hotel and will be probably going to aquarium and Pike Market.  Kids are teens.

Thanks for any assistance -

Embassy Suites is the nicest of the three. It’s in Pioneer Square which has an increased homeless presence in the area and about 1 mile walk to the Market.  Homewood is directly across from the Elliott Bay trail accessed by a pedestrian bridge which is really nice for strolls along the waterfront trail and then down to the aquarium.  The Hyatt would be my choice as it’s next to the Seattle Center/Space Needle which also provides access to the downtown core via monorail. The Market is just a few blocks from there and the aquarium a few more.

It’s easy to grab the very worst news stories about a city as DrKoob has done in a recent post to try to make a point although Seattle is not the hellish dystopia he tries to convey. We live downtown and feel very safe and walk everywhere. Just take the same precautions you would in any city.

Enjoy your stay!   Chalk this up under stupid trivia but the “Homewood Suites by Hilton Seattle Downtown” is just outside the downtown proper area and the “Homewood Suites by Hilton Seattle Convention Center Pike Street” is just inside the downtown area.  Go figure.
