One person not going (Cancel or No-Show)

We are on the March 19th sailing of the Symphony of the Seas.  One of our cabins is a 1D with 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids).  It doesn't look like grandma will be able to go.  Is the smart move to have her be a no show and forfeit her fare or to contact RCCL and have her removed from the reservation.  The current price for a 1D with 3 people is $2300 more than we paid for all 4 people.  Thanks for your help.

Definitely no show her at the terminal.  Don’t want them repricing the cruise!

Call and confirm but you should be able to ahead and cancel. Since you are 4 people and only going down to 3 your cabin will stay the same and there won't be a reprice.  You will get her fare deducted as you are still before the full penalty phase at 30days.  Different rules for cancelling 3rd and 4th guests.
